Boundary Unlimited was founded by Tsaiher Cheng in 2009.
Tsaiher Cheng is a registered architect and urban planner born in Taiwan and later educated in the U.S. and the Netherlands. She holds a master degree in advanced architecture from the Berlage Institute, The Netherlands, and is currently a visiting lecturer at the Architecture Department of National Chengkung University in Taiwan. She is an intercultural urban researcher between East Asia and West Europe, as well as a designer capable in translating both values. Since 2009, she has been the director of Boundary Unlimited, an intercultural urban research and planning agency based in Amsterdam.
Boundary Unlimited works with diverse NGOs, governmental bodies, developers, as well as cultural institutes on projects regarding urban renewal issues.
