Amsterdam Sloterdijk office area is suffering from a high vacancy rate. The project investigates into programmatic solutions in stimulating the mono-functional (currently only offices) into a mixed use area with longer hours of daily economies. Programmatic solutions include transformations from office functions into housing and retails, as well as modifications of the public street profiles.
